"Fantastic traffic management platform!"
Before the start of the Bruce Springsteen concert at the Ricoh Arena, we were checking cars into the car park. The site we were using had no real infrastructure and for the bulk of the year is a humble sports field. We were well into the evening, and the 800 capacity field was almost full.

It was at this point that the platform’s capabilities kicked into action. One of the parking staff reported to us that someone had left their lights on and they were parked in a crucial spot on the site. If their battery died, we'd have a lot of trouble getting a rescue vehicle in, and this would very likely lead to long delays at an exit.

While pondering what to do, a light bulb moment prompted us to scan the number plate and retrieve the customer's contact details. 30 seconds later, we were on the phone to the very grateful customer who popped back to turn his lights off without missing any of the action.

Highly recommended solution to anyone one running events and looking to optimise their parking operations.
